ADHESION PERFORMANCE TEST METHOD IN SHEARING DIRECTION AND SITE-TYPE SHEARING TEST MACHINE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a test for adhesion performance measured at an actual site by one worker on exterior tiles of an existing building, whereas a conventional test for adhesion performance in a shearing direction has been executed in a testing room on several tiles set on an outside surface of a concrete block for testing, and it has not been executed on exterior tiles at site exposed to severe weather conditions such as rain, wind, heat, and earthquakes.;SOLUTION: This method is characterized in that a vertical tensile test is executed alternately on the exterior tiles of the building, a downsized site-type shearing test machine is placed on a vacancy appearing by removing exterior tiles because of the tensile test, and a test on an exterior tile as to adhesion performance in a shearing direction is executed by horizontally applying a force to the exterior tile by using the test machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
