PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new wind-speed distribution measurement system and wind-speed measurement method capable of grasping wind speed distribution precisely.;SOLUTION: The wind-speed distribution measurement system is structured, which measures the wind speed distribution of streams of air 3, 3 blown out from air outlets 21, 21 of a dashboard 20 towards the inner surface 2a of a windshield glass 2 (window member) by a defroster device 1.
