PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel constructing precast member which is not only light in weight and easy to be transported and mounted, but also low in thermal stress generated in the member when manufactured or during application, and low in cross sectional force caused by a dead load, and proof against cracking. PSOLUTION: A tunnel constructing precast beam 110 which is erected in the width direction of a tunnel for constructing the ceiling of the tunnel has a groove 111 which is formed on a front surface and/or a rear surface and extends in a longitudinal direction. A tunnel constructing precast column 120 erected for constructing the side wall of the tunnel, and a tunnel constructing precast bottom slab 130 laid along the width direction of the tunnel for constructing the bottom of the tunnel may have the same structure as that of the precast beam.
