PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a flatfish resistant to lymphocystis disease by using a specific marker. PSOLUTION: The method for the discrimination of the flatfish resistant to lymphocystis disease comprises the PCR reaction of the genom DNA of the flatfish using a specific oligonucleotide selected from microsatellite marker exhibiting the polymorphism of flatfish as a primer, and the confirmation of the presence of bands of 101 bp, 130 bp or 106 bp in the gel electrophoresis of the PCR product.
