A method for medical treatment of hernia of the esophageal opening of diaphragm in combination with achalasia of esophagus includes mobilization of abdominal part of oesophagus and gastric fundus, extramucous esophagocardioseromyotomy, Dor's fundoplication. Additionally back cruroraphy is performed, and sutures are applied on fundoplicat, which goffer it in longitudinal direction, and then part of gastric fundus to the esophagus is fixed with forming an acute His' angle.
