An apparatus for cleaning a deep well of underground water using a cooling apparatus and a fixing breaker and a cleaning method of the same are provided to improve the cleaning performance of the deep well by injecting the soft compression air hose in the bottom of the deep well through the rotation of the rotary roller. An apparatus for cleaning a deep well of underground water using a cooling apparatus comprises an air compressor(8) producing high pressure compressed air; a cooler(7) installed to cool the heat of the compressed air; a compression air hose(6) made of a soft material and wound by a rotary roller(15); and a fixing breaker manufactured to compress the compression air hose to the hollow wall of the deep well. The fixing breaker has an expansion packer(2) mounted with an expansion tube. The fixing breaker is operated by using a pressure cylinder.
