Provided are a method for preparing a seasoned fish product or meat, and the seasoned fish product or meat prepared by the method which is excellent in taste and perfume. The method comprises the steps of processing and washing fish(mackerel, yellow corvina, salmon, flatfish, cuttlefish, octopus, crab), meat(chicken, turkey, pork, beef), marine products(oyster, kelp) and grain and removing water; and seasoning it with a seasoning such as gochujang(Korean hot pepper paste), doenjang(fermented soybean paste), curry, cheonggukjang(thick soybean paste), ganjang(soy sauce), etc., vegetables and/or grain.
