A device for improving an outlet temperature of an evaporator of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to block discharge of leaked air between tanks of an evaporator and a bottom surface of a casing by a baffle mounted to the bottom surface of the casing in contact with the tanks at a rear part of the evaporator, thereby improving cooling performance. A device for improving an outlet temperature of an evaporator of a vehicle air conditioner includes an evaporator(120) having a plurality of tanks(T2) facing a bottom surface of an air conditioner casing(100), and mounted with a baffle(110) in contact with lower ends of the tanks at a rear side. The baffle prevent leakage of air through the lower end of the tanks and the bottom surface of the air conditioner casing toward a lower side of the evaporator. The casing is formed with a condensed water outlet(104) at the bottom surface, wherein a drain hole(112) is formed at a predetermined position of the baffle for connecting an upper side of the baffle to the condensed water outlet. The baffle is mounted correspondingly to a starting position of the tanks at the rear side.
