FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to measure the difficulty to fulfill functional loads upon a wrist at applying fine and coarse type of gripping: writing, drawing, knitting, playing musical instrument, rotating a key or a screw driver, changing an incandescent lamp, opening tins and tips, cooking food, lacing, buttoning and fastening zippers, using covers, kitchen utensils and toilet articles, using a computer, telephone, playing table games, driving a car, going by public transport, doing hard domestic work, opening a heavy door, carrying heavy thins of above 5 kg, usual sport habits and active rest time, habitual activity. In case of objective evaluation one should measure total volume of active movements in a joint of hand: bending, unbending, radial and elbow deviation, pronation, supination in degrees and in percents against a contralateral limb, and, also, the values of roentgenometry: the deficiency of volar inclination of radius' articular surface or radioulnar angle, radioulnar index, the state of radius' articular surfaces, fissures of radiocarpal joint and the degree of deforming arthrosis. Every above-mentioned parameter should have certain quantity of points. Due to calculating the points it is possible to detect functional state of the wrist and choose the tactics of therapy.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.;2 ex, 2 tbl
