The construction of functionalized plasmids with clonable and spontaneously self-organizing permanent structures, includes construction of an oligonucleotide as components for a double-stranded DNA-insert with the potential to form a stem-loop-structure, partial palindromic insert with loop sequence from the oligonucleotides, double stem-loop-plasmids out of two stem-loop-plasmids ligated to one another obtained from construction of the palindromic insert, and production and isolation of the stem-loop-plasmids. The construction of functionalized plasmids with clonable and spontaneously self-organizing permanent structures, includes construction of an oligonucleotide as components for a double-stranded DNA-insert with the potential to form a stem-loop-structure, partial palindromic insert with loop sequence from the oligonucleotides, double stem-loop-plasmids out of two stem-loop-plasmids ligated to one another obtained from construction of the palindromic insert, and production and isolation of the stem-loop-plasmids. The permanent structures are equipped to immobilize the functionalized plasmids (anchor plasmids) on surfaces over the single-stranded stem-loop sequence locally dissolved by the single-stranded nucleic acid molecules or chemical equivalents, or are equipped to hybridize functionalizations on the plasmid over the loop sequence. An independent claim is included for anchor plasmids.
