The method involves exporting data of an electronic system or control technology topology from an object-oriented planning tool, where the data is provided in a neutral, hierarchical and object-oriented data format. The task of the function is analyzed, suitable default value is determined and the function is parameterized under utilization of the data. A dynamic model is produced, parameter suitable for the function is evaluated from the model by using a standard process and the function is parameterized under utilization of the data, where the function is a control function.
