Optimal imaging system for wave front testing, has two parabolic mirrors facing one another with reflecting surfaces in off-axis positions and having reflecting axes which are arranged parallel to one another, at same off-axis angles
The system has a mirror lens for wave front transformation, and two parabolic mirrors (1, 2) which face one another with reflecting surfaces in off-axis positions. One parabolic mirror is provided for reproducing pupils of a specimen. The mirrors have reflecting axes (S1-S1, S2-S2) which are arranged parallel to one another, at same off-axis angles. The mirrors can be moved along the axes for mutual modification of the distances. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for testing lens with an optical imaging system.
