The device has an inner cooling circuit (102) that guides a flowable fluid and includes an arrangement of heat exchanger units (20a-20d) with respective Peltier-units. A flow channel (104) for a fluid stream is assigned to the arrangement of heat exchanger units. The flow channel flows into a number of partial-flow channels (106a-106f), which guide partial-fluid streams (108a, 108b) with a part of the heat exchanger units for heat transfer, while the cooling fluid stream in the flow channel is subdivided into individual partial-fluid streams.
