Gaming and training device (1) has a recess (2) as fodder tray for an animal fodder, a base plate (3) and a cover plate (5) to cover the fodder tray. The cover plate is applied in an exemption with the flat sides on the base plate presentable and is lifted from the base plate. The cover plate is transferable after attaching on the base plate by rotating into a closed position. The cover plate is lifted in the closed position held at the base plate and only after turning back into the exemption of the base plate, in order to release the fodder tray. An independent claim is also included for component parts with gaming and training device.
