The method involves considering data of a model object on which procedural scene modelization map acts to modelize a scene. Values of scene modelizing parameters are defined based on data and introduced in a procedural map generation tool (10). The parameters are treated using the tool so as to generate the map having a tree structure. The map is transmitted to a management tool for rendering a scene comprising data relative to another scene to be modified. Grey level of the map is associated to a useful surface of the latter scene and the level is interpreted to modify the latter scene. An independent claim is also included for a procedural map modification or generation tool.
