The tube has a slow wave amplifying structure (36) having a periodic structure hyperfrequency line (42) constituted of periodic obstacles generating a wave. The line has an input end (50) and an output end (52). An optical reflection unit has an electromagnetic prism (60) and an electromagnetic mirror (64), where a part of the wave is transmitted via the prism towards a hyperfrequency output to form an electromagnetic wave. A part of the electromagnetic wave is guided in the vacuum of the tube and then directed via the prism and the mirror for forming a negative feedback wave (62).
