PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an own position notification system, an own position notification device and an own position notification method sufficiently ensuring safety when a device possessor crosses a road.;SOLUTION: A bicycle bell 2 of a bicycle 1 is provided with a bell interlocked transmitter 14. When the bicycle bell 2 is operated and rung, the bell interlocked transmitter 14 automatically radio-transmits a bicycle running notice Ssv for notifying the own presence (the presence of the bicycle 1) toward a vehicle 13.
