PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unjust browsing prevention method, a system and a program therefor, capable of monitoring and browsing unauthorized operation of a user in a client computer by manager authority to allow necessary management such as prevention of the unauthorized operation, and properly preventing unjust browsing using the manager authority without disturbing the management. PSOLUTION: When operation information of a manager computer is browsing operation, a browsing time is acquired in each of the client computer of a browsing target. When the browsing time exceeds a prescribed time, operation information of the client computer is extracted, and it is decided whether the client computer is a client computer to be monitored or not based on the operation information. When it is decided that it is not the client computer to be monitored, it is decided that it is the unjust browsing to transmit prescribed warning to a previously designated destination.
