PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the degree of impact on a load based on impact reference data classified by insurance company and by product weight, to determine whether insurance can be demanded or not based on the result of the determination, and to provide the result of the determination to an insurance company when the insurance can be demanded.;SOLUTION: A fault analysis center server 40 has a means for receiving impact-degree determination reference data in accordance with load weight from an insurance company server 50 of each insurance company and registering the data on a database for each insurance company, a means for acquiring relevant impact-degree determination reference data from the database based on an insurance company name and load weight included in analysis request information transmitted from a reception terminal 20, a means for preparing impact degree determination data by collating impact data included in the request information with the reference data, a means for determining whether a compensation can be demanded or not from the insurance company based on the determination data, and a means for transmitting the determination data to an insurance company server 50 when the the compensation can be demanded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
