PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional model space creating device and so on which easily constructs a model house used in three-dimensional model space on the Web. PSOLUTION: An image obtaining part 75 obtains a stereo-pair image which photographs inside of a room of a real estate. A corresponding point obtaining part 77 automatically obtains a reference point and a corresponding point corresponding on the stereo-pair image, and a photogrammetry part 72 orients the stereo-pair image using the reference point and the corresponding point. A 3-DCG file creating part 73 creates a 3-DCG file which a subject is determined to be an object using the result of the orientation. The 3-DCG storing part 121 stores the 3-DCG file which each direction of the room is determined to be the object, and a combination part 125 combining these data using the reference point and creates the 3-DCG file which whole of the room is determined to be one object.
