PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the work of a maintenance worker and a management section more efficient by automating creation of a list of components for which replacement is required, a request of the components, prediction of the arrival time of components and creation of replacing work processes.;SOLUTION: A maintenance terminal 20 transmits the model number of a failed device 10 to an analysis system 30. The analysis system 30 transmits a 3D image of the device with the model number to the maintenance terminal 20. The maintenance terminal 20 specifies a failed location on the 3D image and transmits it to the analysis system 30 with the locational information of the failed device 10. The analysis system 30 prepares a replacement component list and a replacement process table which are required for repair of the failed device 10 and transmits them to a component management system 40 with the locational information of the failed device 10. The component management system 40 predicts the arrival time of replacement components at the location of the failed device 10, prepares a corrected replacement process table by adding the arrival time and changing the replacement process in an order of earlier arrival time and transmits the corrected table to the maintenance terminal 20.
