PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mannequin skin member formed from a low-hardness urethane elastomer having a low hardness as well as flexibility and resilience. PSOLUTION: The mannequin skin member is formed from the urethane elastomer obtained by reacting an aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate (A), a polyoxyalkylene monool having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-6,000 (B), and a polyoxyalkylene polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 4,500-25,000 and an average number of functional groups of 2-6 (C).
