PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ¹⁸O enriched water for an ¹⁸F fluoride ion generating raw material which suppresses gasification of dissolved gas even if the temperature of the ¹⁸O enriched water rises by proton irradiation and can efficiently generate ¹⁸F fluoride ions in a stable state.;SOLUTION: The ¹⁸O enriched water for an ¹⁸F fluoride ion generating raw material which generates ¹⁸F fluoride ions when sealed in a target box and irradiated with protons is freed of dissolved gas before sealing in the target box and sealed in a vessel having a gas barrier property in combination with gas for inhibiting dissolution of readily water-soluble gas in the ¹⁸O enriched water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
