A method for predicting soil environment ecology class is provided to classify quality of the soil by grading the soil microbes species diversity. A soil environment ecology class prediction method comprises following steps. With the first step, selecting the target area and grading the quality of the soil ecology are performed. A data mining is performed through AI model by setting soil characteristics information and soil characteristics information as an independent variable, and SMD as a dependent variable. And SMD is predicted by using the variable which comes under the unknown region by using optimum model having variable and the suitable accuracy.
