FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: proposed method of magnified boundary wavelength of infrared detector is based on arrangement of physical conditions for direct recording of metal-to-semiconductor hot electron thermionic current generated in thick Shottky barrier quasimetal contact of reciprocal order absorption factor.
