The method involves controlling a motorized card reader and activating a motor unit. The card is entered and validated or classified, where output of the card is introduced and accepted. The synchronization of personal computer or smart card (PC/SC) tasks is perceived. The reading and writing orders of PC/SC driver and self service application are completely synchronized. The typical card commands are interpreted and converted to self service architecture. A device independent abstraction layer is represented relative to the PC/SC application.
