The sole (1) has a sliding surface (2), a curved top axial end regions (3, 4), and an attachment that is detachably fastened under a shoe i.e. snow shoe, where spikes and/or claws are provided at an underside of the attachment. A blind hole (5) accommodates the spikes, and a recess accommodates the claws, where the sole is made of fiber glass or plastic. The hole has an entry region that is conical and broadens upwards for the spikes. A locking unit detachably fastens the sole and the shoe, where thickness of the sole in the region of the spikes is greater than the free length of the spikes.
