Robotized clutch controlling method for robotized gear box of vehicle, involves determining relation between torque value transmitted by clutch and position of actuator, in real time, and values representing operating temperatures of clutch
The method involves determining a relation between a torque value transmitted by a robotized clutch between a crankshaft and a shaft (4) and a position of an actuator, in real time. Values representing operating temperatures of the clutch are determined by a thermal model. A cartography connecting the torque to the position is utilized when the clutch operates at cold. The relation is determined by inputting current position or desired torque values in the cartography and by correcting torque or position values based on the cartography at the value to be input, with respective correctives.
