Novel bacteriostatic preservative agent comprises combination of salicylic acid or its salts and Lonicera japonica extract in an aqueous vehicle. Independent claims are included for: Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for obtaining a soothing lotion containing the preservative agent, comprising dispersing the extract by agitation in a tub filled with water until complete solubilization, adding the salicylic acid solution previously scattered in glycerol, successively adding hydrolates and other components and neutralizing the entire thing by a basic solution; and (2) a process for obtaining an eye contour cream, mask with honey or cleansing milk containing the preservative agent, comprises dispersing a gel of xanthan gum, until the clear solution obtained, and heating at 70[deg]C, parallely preparing fatty phase by mixing of different oil, emulsifying agent and salicylic acid until complete dispersion under agitation by heating at 70[deg]C, emulsifying by pouring the fatty phase in the gel phase by agitation, keeping it in rest for cooling after an appropriate agitation time, adding previously dispersed anti-oxidant in a fraction of oil then clay previously dispersed in a fraction of water, finally at room temperature, adding the extract, honey previously dispersed in the water and essential oils by agitation and homogenizing the formed emulsion.
