The blade (1) has frame elements (20, 21) provided with a traversal internal housing (22) in which an elastically deformable vertebra is inserted, where the frame elements are made of thermoplastic material. The frame elements have maintaining zones (26-29) at a level in which lateral deformation zones (26a-29a, 26b-29b) are arranged, where the deformation zones blocks the vertebra in displacement inside the housing. The frame elements have longitudinal ribs which are arranged on a wall vertically defining the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a flat blade.
