The sensor has two electrodes (1) connected to an alternating current generator generating electric field in a sample. Recuperation electrodes (2) are equipped with two equipotential lines (3) and acquire a potential difference (V) of the equipotential lines of the electric field using a high impedance amplifier. The equipotential lines form a fictive cell in which the current is passed. An N-doped polycrystalline silicon track permits an electrode-contact connection for external connections.
