The valve (18) has a plug (24) including a support surface (26) with contact points. The plug is movable with respect to an orifice (16) between closing and releasing positions in which each point rests on a corresponding contact point of a seat (22) and the surface does not rest on the seat, respectively. A modification unit (30) modifies orientation of the surface relative to the seat when the plug is moved from the closing position to the releasing position, to modify correspondence between the points of the surface and the points of the seat when the plug returns to its closing position.
