PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report capable of exactly convey an intention of a creator to a viewing person even if a plurality of findings are included in a medical report. PSOLUTION: A report editor screen 47 of a medical report system has entry areas 47a, 47b for entering a plurality of findings. Each entry area 47a, 47b is provided with check boxes 57 for inputting evaluation values of subjective evaluation to the findings by the creator by every finding. Evaluation items of the subjective evaluation have importance indicating that the evaluation items are important matters which the creator desires to preferentially convey them to the viewing person, and when the check boxes 57 are turned on, the importance of the evaluation value of the finding is set as "high". The evaluation values are set per finding. In a report display screen for displaying a report in which the evaluation values are set, a display format is determined according to the evaluation values so that a display order of the finding with a high evaluation value become a high order.
