PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer settlement management system for golf practice fields for dispensing, settling and managing golf practice balls, capable of reducing the running cost of the customer settlement management by dispensing with media such as tokens, magnetic cards and IC cards.;SOLUTION: This customer settlement management system is provided with: a registration means 1 by fingerprint-palm print, provided in a host computer H in the side of a front F and capable of recording and storing fingerprint-palm print of a user; and a fingerprint-palm print authentication means 2 provided in the side of a dispensing booth P, collating the fingerprint-palm print of the user with fingerprint-palm print data registered by the registration means 1, and dispensing balls after the authentication. The registration means 1 has an updating means 3 for updating the registration data of the user by the fingerprint-palm print after the lapse of a given use duration, while the host computer H in the side of the front F has a point addition means 4 for adding dispensing services based on the use history data of ball dispensing by the authentication means 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
