PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively and accurately recognize Chinese "LIHECI" in the process of analyzing the Chinese language including the "LIHECI", without enumerating inserted components in advance. PSOLUTION: A device for analyzing the Chinese language includes a dependency structure analyzing part 104 for analyzing, for each word divided for each morpheme from an input Chinese text, a modifier of each word and a modificand of each word; and a "LIHECI" processing part 105 that, based on a list of separating verbs showing a list of second words each serving as a Chinese morpheme and each constituting a "LIHECI" by connecting with each first word capable of constituting a "LIHECI", detects the first and the second words from each word subjected to the analysis of their dependency structure, so that the modifiers of the word whose modifiers are the first and the second words detected are changed into a "LIHECI" composed of the first and the second words connected together.
