The apparatus has a sealable inlet for accommodating mixture components and rotatable about an axis of rotation. A mixing part mixes different components of mixture i.e. cement mixture, and a conveying unit performs pneumatic conveyance of the mixture to a processing place along a bottom of the apparatus. An exhaust opening is fitted to a mortar, and an inlet opening is provided to a top of the apparatus. A bearing is provided on a top of the mixing part to rotatably support a shaft. A rotation unit rotates the mixing part to the bottom of the apparatus.
