A method of control of the effect of self-organizing the fractal nanostructures at electric-pulse ablation of electro-conductive materials based on the destruction of the surface of electro-conductive materials includes rapid evaporation of substance from the surface under action of the pulses of electric current, formation of plasma by electrical discharges in the spaces between granules of electro-conductive materials, action on ablating substance by plasma for its disintegration and ionization, condensation of oversaturated vapor into nanoparticles at rapid cooling. The lifetime of plasma is controlled by change of the energy of electric current pulses due to change of pulse duration at retention of fixed pulse amplitude and the duration of the pulses of electric current is stabilized for producing fixed fractal nanostructures.
