A method for generating the anatomical preparation for studying the topographic anatomy of the fat layers and fascias around the tongue, on the bottom of the oral cavity, in the anterior triangle of the neck provides for the middle cut of the skin of neck from the jaw downwards and the dissection of the sternum. The periosteum is separated from inside of the mandible. The sternocleidomastoid muscle, the digastric muscle, and the pterygoid muscle are detached at the attachment sites. Prevertebral plate of the cervical fascia and pharyngeal-basilar fascia are separated. The through cut along the posterior edge of the palate is performed.
