System for design and implementation of a robust H controller (H∞,H2) which is adjustable in real-time for multiple entry and multiple output industrial processes. Strict real time control system (SCTR) for industrial processes H (H∞,H2) for multiple entry and multiple output systems (MIMO), and for single entry and single output systems (SISO). The H∞ robust control system is useful for resolving control problems in complex systems, in which conventional controllers ( PID type) do not give satisfactory results. However, their use is not simple, due the theoretical knowledge required and the high computing demand used. The system and method proposed enable the robust control theory H∞ and H2 to be used, is implementable in industrial plants and can be used by a plant operator.
