APPARASTUS PURIFICATING NON AQUEOUS PHASE LIQUIDS OF SOIL AND THEREOF METHOD

An apparatus for clarifying soil pollutant is provided to remove oil having high concentration by selectively diagnosing and controlling a series and intermittence air injection method and a middle temperature and heated air injection method according to property of the pollute soil. An apparatus for clarifying soil pollutant contains an injection well(13), an aerator(11), an air heater(12), an extraction well(21), an air ejector(22), a soil diagnostics measurement part(31), a real-time control evaluation portion(32). The injection well is laid within a soil layer(1) polluted by oil and injects the air into the soil layer. The aerator supplies the air to the injection well. The air heater heats up the air flowing to the injection well. The extraction well is reclaimed within the soil layer and extracts oil pollution materials volatilized by the heated air outside. The air ejector discharges the oil pollution materials. The soil diagnostics measurement part diagnoses exact processing condition of the soil layer polluted by the oil.
