METHOD OF SCREENING PLACENTAL PROTEINS RESPONSIBLE FOR PATHOPHYSIOLOGY OF PREECLAMPSIA, AND MARKER FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND ESTIMATION OF PREECLAMPSIA
A method for screening placenta protein which is specifically expressed in preeclampsia is provided to verify a protein of which the expression is different in a placenta of preeclampsia using 2D E-proteomics analysis. A method for screening placenta protein which is specifically expressed in preeclampsia comprises: a step of isolating placenta protein in placenta tissue; a step of isolating protein through 2D electrophoresis; and a step of comparing the isolated protein with normal placenta protein or preeclampsia placenta protein through gel scan and image difference. A marker for diagnosing and predicting preeclampsia comprises one or more protein of chaperonin, ER-60 protease, isocitrate dehydrogenase 1, aldehyde reductase, human Aldose reductase-binding fidaresta chain B, voltage-depentant anion channel 1, nuclear chloride channel, cathepsin D chain H, phosphoglycerate mutase 1, endoplasmic reticulum protein, PSMA2(proteasome_alpha_type_2) protein, glutathione S-transferase, and fatty acid binding protein.
