An epitope recombinant protein which is reactive to human antisera and producing method thereof are provided to improve health care of stomach and duodenum by widely develop the diagnosis method. A method for manufacturing an epitope recombinant protein which is reactive to human antisera of FlaA of helicobater pylori comprise: a step of amplifying antigen gene and epitope partial gene fragment; a step of treating with a restriction enzyme; a step of isolating and purifying the cut gene; a step of treating with same restriction enzyme in a vector; a step of expressing protein and mapping; and a step of expressing a clone and obtaining the expressed protein.
