PURPOSE: A rotational plate type twist stepper is provided, which prevents a footstool consisting of a rotational plate from being excessively pivoted.;CONSTITUTION: A rotational plate type twist stepper comprises a bottom frame(100) which is formed to be adamantly settled in the floor by forming the pipe to be curved; a stage(200) which is symmetrized to make walking exercise and waist exercise possible by landing the foot; an elastic member(300) which is symmetrized to make contraction relaxation repetitively performed according to right and left bias and elastic force; an unlock member(400) in which contraction and relaxation of the elastic member according to the walking exercise of a user is repetitively performed; and a center guide member(500) which maintains the horizontal of the stage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
