The drop weight test device has a load plate (1) for supporting a test plane, a sensor unit coupled at the load plate, a load unit (8) consists of guide rod (3), drop weight (6) and a spring element (7). The drop weight test device has a data processing and an evaluation system. The spring element is arranged at the drop weight. An unit impacts on the load plate from the drop weight and the spring element during dynamic plate loading test. The spring element is adjusted with impact between drop weight and the load plate.
