The heater has a glass fiber web plunged with special carbon fibers i.e. heating web (4), as heat-emitting thread and providing heat for sandwich element (1) and composite materials. Carbon threads (5) radiate infrared heat based on an internal resistance during connection to a defined electrical voltage. A broad spectrum at a specific heat output is achieved by selection and quantity of the carbon threads. The carbon fibers are integrated as integral parts of a component during the production of sandwich elements and composite materials.
