The device has pistons (5) spring-loaded in a clamping direction and moved between a storage area (6) and a high pressure area (7), where the areas are filled with hydraulic oil. A transition of the hydraulic oil is possible either by a leakage gap (8) or over a check valve (9) between the areas depending upon direction of motion of the pistons. A piezo-element is attached to the region of the areas to influence the flow of the hydraulic oil during movement of the pistons. The piezo-element is attached to a region of a throttle slot of the check valve.
