Stator winding method for internal rotor machine i.e. brushless direct current motor, involves winding coil wire in slot base towards slot opening at stator pole to form coil layer, which lies above another coil layer
The method involves inserting a coil wire (18) in a stator slot and winding the coil wire around an associated stator pole (10). The coil wire is routed from a stator back iron to a slot opening. The coil wire is wound from the slot opening towards the stator back iron up to a base of the stator slot at the stator pole to form a coil layer, where an input wire is wrapped between the stator back iron and slot opening. The coil wire is wound in a slot base towards the slot opening at the stator pole to form another coil layer, which lies above the former coil layer. An independent claim is also included for a stator for an interior runner machine, comprising stator poles.
