Industrial truck controlling method, involves calculating correction value between initial and predetermined alignments of load receiving unit, and correcting initial alignment of receiving unit based on correction value by control device
The method involves determining a relative position of a load to be received opposite to a load receiving unit e.g. load fork (5), by a control device from data of a sensor e.g. laser scanner, which is arranged in an elevated movable manner. A correction value between an initial alignment of the load receiving unit and a predetermined alignment of the load receiving unit for receiving the load is calculated. The initial alignment of the load receiving unit is corrected based on the correction value by the control device. An independent claim is also included for an industrial truck with a sensor.
