A liquid surface sealing agent for a concrete floor consists of: 20-70 % Wt. aluminium silicate; less than 30 % Wt. china clay, and/or fine sand as a bulk additive agent; less than 30 % Wt. cellulose fibres and/or pearlite and/or cork grains; 10-70 % Wt. cellulose derivate as a first binding agent; Styrol-acrylate dispersion as a second binding agent; 10-60 % Wt. water. The cellulose in the first binding agent is a Carboxy-methyl-cellulose (CMC) or a hydroxy-propylmethyl cellulose (HPMC). The sealant further incorporates less than 1 % Wt. chloracetamide and/or thiasolinone and Isothiasolinone derivates and/or bronopal conservation agents. The binding agent further incorporates a vinyl-acetate dispersion.
