The mattress (5) has lateral faces (5c, 5d), a front face (5a) and a rear face (5b) which are impermeable to liquids, and three superimposed layers constituted by an upper layer (7) made of a liquid impermeable material, an intermediate foam layer and a lower layer made of a rigid material e.g. galvanized metallic plastic or stainless plastic. The upper layer is made of a non-slip material and resistant to abrasion and to tear. The lower layer includes a thickness comprised 2 to 5 millimeter. The upper layer includes a thickness of 4 millimeter.
